A social contribution is what we believe. As the world keeps moving, many people are still lagging behind with dirty water sources, undernutrition, disaster victims, etc. So we, although not a Fortune’s 500 listed company, are doing what we can to help them ( but without blowing ourselves because we still need profits to keep the business running).
We come up with the charity scheme called “One For All” that will donate 1% from all of our sales to the charity organizations, the royal projects, environment protection organizations, government and private relief program in disaster periods and any charity projects that we are interested to contribute.

Our authentic leather products come with a warranty. For any defects from manufacturing after purchasing, repairs will be on us (with our apologies). Please email to our customer service team at Hello@Monique-Store.com or
fill our contact form >here<. Then we’ll handle your issue as soon as possible. Or you can contact our sales person directly and they’ll bring back the bags for repairs. If you prefer to contact customer service via email, please make sure to include a photo of your item with details about it defect, and a scan of our Certificate of Authenticity issued individually for each of our bags.
